Toronto, ON – The Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC) successfully hosted the 2025 National Conference for Ukrainian Educators from May 16–18 at the Trident Banquet Hall & Conference Centre in Toronto. The conference gathered Ukrainian educators from across the country to share strategies, resources, and best practices in heritage education.
Organized by the UCC National Education Council, the event included keynote presentations, panel discussions, and practical workshops focused on curriculum development, bilingual education, and cultural engagement. Participants emphasized the importance of supporting the next generation through modern tools while preserving Ukrainian identity.
Educators left the conference with renewed motivation, practical knowledge, and a strengthened network of peers working to enhance Ukrainian-language and cultural education in Canada.
